I started this blog in 2007 after moving from a previous domain I had used since around 2004. Although I post sporadically, I now mostly write about random topics I find interesting, typically involving technology or web programming. I used to be involved with WordPress development, so there are a lot of posts in the archives relating to that.
Colophon
This website is powered by WordPress, hosted by NearlyFreeSpeech. The font used in the headings is an open source font called Roboto Condensed, which I use on my website through the Google Fonts API. My coding is done in Sublime Text, and I deploy the code using either Transmit or WinSCP depending on what OS I am using.
The theme that I am currently using, which I named Rainier, was quickly thrown together after the theme that I was using before got corrupted by a syncing mishap. So I scrambled to make a bare-bones theme as fast as possible, although unfortunately it is a work eternally in progress.
Advertising
The ads you see below are run through Text Link Ads, which allows this site to pay for itself in terms of hosting and domain registration costs. Any inquiries about advertising should go through them.
