Is it even possible to do this? I’ve been trying to cancel my MySpace for a few days now, but I never get the email. Of course, it’s my school’s email, so it may be blocked by something my school has set up, but even my Gmail doesn’t seem to be able to receive the “email changed” confirmation code.
Is it actually possible to cancel a MySpace? Has anyone done this before successfully?
Yeah, I deleted a MySpace account awhile back. You basically just have to delete the sucker and then give it 30 days to actually be removed from the servers. I don’t really remember anything about a confirmation email, though. It’s been several months.
Seems like MySpace makes it a royal PITA to cancel it. Ugh. I knew I shouldn’t have gotten one in the first place…
Worked for me when I deleted mine. Are you able to change your email address to something like GMail and try again?
I tried changing my email to a Gmail account, but it never sent me an email to confirm changing the email.
you have to be real special ed if you can’t figure out how to delete myspace.
